LOFT CONVERSION IN TRIBECA SOUTH HISTORIC DISTRICT

This Loft Building Conversion required a complete restoration of all timber, cast iron and exterior limestone and brick exteriors as approved by the New York City Landmarks Commission. The Landmarks review required special preservation of the historic ground floor cast iron storefront, retaining historic metal shutters, and approval of the replacement wood window and doors facing the street.
